Shawnee Smith is an American performer, musician and actress. Smith was born on the 3rd of July, 1970 and stands at 5'3". Smith's most well-known roles include in the roles of Amanda Young and Linda on the CBS sitcom Becker. Smith was the former lead singer of Fydolla, a metal band who toured across the US and in the UK. Smith is now half of Smith & Pyle which is a country desert rock band along alongside Missi Pyle. Shawnee Smith is the daughter of Jim Smith, a former US Air Force Pilot and financial planner. She was an oncology nursing. Her birthplace was Orangeburg South Carolina. In her early years, she emigrated with her family to South Carolina (now Van Nuys) to California. At the age of two, her parents divorced. At eight, her mother got married again. Her school was Ranchito Avenue elementary school in Panorama City Los Angeles, as well as Madison Jr. High School located in North Hollywood. North Hollywood High School and graduated in 1988. The tour included a residency of a week on the stage at Just For Laughs.
